Our menu is always changing — shaped by the season, the market, and the guests joining us that night. We take into account every preference, aversion, and restriction so that each person at the table can experience the meal fully.
To represent the diaspora of this Pacific Northwest province, we source everything from this region and make our "soy" sauces, fish sauces, bagoongs, vinegars, seasonings, and more entirely in-house. We're committed to building community equity through partnerships with small local BIPOC, women-led, and family-owned farms, and small businesses in our South End neighborhood.
We encourage adding pairings before your visit — it helps us begin your experience on time, and beverage pairings are discounted when ordered in advance. You're always welcome to reach out after booking to add anything to your reservation.
Please note that tasting menu pricing may fluctuate based on market prices and availability.

Our beverage and juice pairings were conceived by Chef Aaron as an extension of the meal itself — food and beverage as one intention.
Beverage pairing:
Our beverage pairing includes wines, cider, and sometimes a beer. We love partnering with boutique PNW producers who share our value of sustainability and thinking about the future generations on the planet we leave behind. We’re so excited to share some the last bottles—many being less than 500 cases and some are the very last available anywhere.Beverage pairings are $97 when added in advance, pairings added night of are $107.
Juice pairing: Our non-alcoholic option, five juices crafted in-house, rooted in what the land gives directly. Seasonal produce cold-infused with house-dried herbs, crafted only for the guests joining us that night. Must be added 4 days in advance. All our juices are pasteurized.
Both wine and juice pairings are available at time of booking. Like our tasting menu, we take into account all beverage preferences and aversions.

Archipelago is dedicated to building community equity. Given the limited number of guests we can serve, it is crucial that we are able to keep seats filled in order to pay our staff and to continue sourcing from our small local producers.
You can always get a full refund if you are able to transfer your reservation to another diner. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are no cancellations, no refunds. The work that goes into each dinner starts long before your reservation date. Again, we are maintaining this policy to ensure that we are able to pay our staff and producers and to reduce any food waste.
However, we want you to feel ok about staying home if you are ill. To do this, we will be offering dining insurance. Like travel insurance, this will allow guests to cancel at the last minute if they aren't feeling well. This will result in a full refund minus the cost of the insurance. Our hopes are that this pool of funds will offset the cost of cancelled dinners while enabling sick folks to stay home.
*Please note that dining insurance must be purchased with booking, we will not add it to your reservation after.
******A 9% service charge will be applied if we assist in finding you someone to transfer to. We will waive the fee if we are unable to find anyone.
