A Study in Craft
We invite the next generation of hospitality professionals to join us for an immersive dining experience. Every Wednesday, active culinary students are eligible for a 50% discount on our seasonal Tasting Menu—an opportunity to experience our techniques, sourcing, and service firsthand.
How to Request a Table
Verification: Complete the form below with your school details and a photo of your current student ID or enrollment proof.
Scheduling: To ensure the best experience for both our guests and our kitchen, seating times are assigned by the restaurant based on nightly availability.
Booking: If seats are available, we will send you a private link to finalize your reservation. As with all reservations at Archipelago, bookings are prepaid. This allows our team to source ingredients sustainably and precisely tailor the menu to the dietary preferences or allergies noted in your request.
The Details
Availability: Wednesdays only.
Scope: Discount applies to the student’s Tasting Menu only; beverages and additional guests are billed at standard rates.
Policy: All student bookings are final once prepaid. Please see our restaurant cancelation policy. Specifically for students, we can accommodate rescheduling if requested at least 3 weeks in advance.
